Partner Teresa Arruda Alvim and attorney Carolina Uzeda contributed with the collection “Studies in honor of Sergio Bermudes”. The first published the article “The Appeals General Theory is no longer the same”, and the latter: “STJ’s decision-making pattern while deciding matters on the same point of law: (in)congruence between the set precedent, the proposed precedent, and the appeal”.
This collection gathers articles of scholars from all corners of the country, including distinguished professors, judges, members of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, and attorneys, to honor one of the most important figures in Brazilian law.
